WINDSOR – Funeral services for Fannie Powell of Windsor will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 1st Baptist Church, Kelford. Burial will be in the Moore Family Cemetery, Kelford. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
