WINDSOR – Elnora Gilliam, 69, of Village Avenue, Windsor, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Brian Health and Rehabilitation Center, Windsor. Memorial services were held on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Wilder’s Chapel, Windsor, who handled the arrangements.
