COLERAIN – Thelma Holly Outlaw, 94, of NC Hwy 45 North, Colerain, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Colerain. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
