WINDSOR – James Paul Mitchell, 77, of Bunch Street, Windsor, died Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor, who handled the arrangements.
