HALIFAX – Gerson James Smith, 57, of Halifax, died Sunday, October 16, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Tillery Chapel Baptist Church, Halifax. Burial will be in the family cemetery. Shawn Lea Funeral Home, Scotland Neck, is handling the arrangements.
