HAMILTON – Richard Lee Duggins, 69, died Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Sycamore Missionary Baptist Church, Hamilton.  Burial will follow in the Hamilton Memorial Site, Hamilton. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
