ROANOKE RAPIDS – LaVonne Barrett Williams, 75, of Roanoke Rapids, died Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services were held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Massey Funeral Home, Jackson, who handled the arrangements. Burial followed in the Conway Cemetery.
