NEWARK, NJ – Rodney Rascoe, 47, of Newark, NJ, died September 30, 2016 at St. Barnabas Hospital, Livingston, NJ. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Piney Grove Baptist Church, Jackson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. H.D.
