BRONX, NY – Franklin Brown, 68, of Bronx, NY, a native of Bertie County, died Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Hospice Palliative Care, Bronx, NY. Funeral services were held on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Spring Hill Baptist Church, Lewiston. Burial was in the Brown Family Cemetery, Lewiston. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, handled the arrangements.
