WINDSOR – Bryan O’Keffee Harrell, 50, of Woodard Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 10, 2016 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
