ST. ALBANS, NY – Elgever Smallwood, 65, of St. Albans, NY, formerly of Windsor, died September 25, 2016 at Long Island Jewish Hospital, New Hyde Park, NY. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at St. Francis Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Hill Family Cemetery, Windsor.
