WINDSOR – Richard Roger Watson, 81, of Spruill Park Lane, Windsor, died Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Brian Center Health & Rehabilitation, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Church Of God For All People, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
