AHOSKIE – Shirley Ann Binder Watford, 66, of Ahoskie died Tuesday, September 27, 2016 in Newport News, VA. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 3, 2016 at New Holley Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Watford Family Cemetery.  Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
