HAMPTON, VA – Phyllis Parker Sloan, 54, of Hampton, VA, formerly of Windsor, died Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Sandy Point Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
