WINDSOR – Edward Merle Hoggard 82, of Bull Hill Road, Windsor, died Friday August 12, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services were held Sunday August 14, 2016 at Ross Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
