COLUMBIA – Barbara Elizabeth Pierce Castelloe, 74, of Columbia, a native of Bertie County, died Saturday, August 6, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday August 9, 2016 at Windsor Assembly of God. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
