KELFORD – Funeral services for Joyce Ruffin Clark, a native of Bertie County, will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at First Baptist Church, Kelford. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
