WINDSOR – Louise Speller Cooper, 63, of Woodard Road, Windsor, died Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Creekside Care and Rehabilitation Center, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Cedar Landing Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
