WINDSOR – Mary Elizabeth Smith Castelloe, 71, of Wakelon Road, Windsor, died Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Ross Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
