OAK CITY – Winston Louis Cotton, 78, of Oak City died Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Nash General Hospital, Rocky Mount. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, Oak City. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
