WINDSOR – Larry Darnell Speller, 63, of Windsor died June 20, 2016 in the VA hospital in Atlanta, GA. A memorial service was held on Monday, June 27, 2016 at Gilliam Memorial Mortuary, Windsor, who handled the arrangements.
