COFIELD – Funeral services for the Rev. Dr. Richard Leroy Archer, a native of Hertford County who died in Maryland, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Phillipi Baptist Church, Cofield. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
