WINDSOR – Lucy Hoggard, 87, of Pleasant Oak Road, Windsor, died Saturday, June 11, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
