EDENTON – Gloria Phelps Carson, 76, of Burnt Mill Road, Edenton, died May 31, 2016 in Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Hertford. Burial will be in the Phelps Family Cemetery, Hertford.
