KELFORD – Ida Ruth Williams, 87, of Kelford, a native of South Carolina, died Saturday, March 26, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 2 at New Bethlehem Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
