WINDSOR – Carolyn Stanley Bailey, 68, of School Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at her residence. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday April 3, 2016 in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
