WINDSOR – Spencer Legray Pierce, 80, of Queen Street, Windsor, died Monday, March 21, 2016 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday March 24, 2016 in Windsor Assembly of God. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
