WINDSOR – Shirley Lee Cherry Speller, 67, of Cooper Hill Road, Windsor, died Thursday, March 17, 2016 at her residence. Graveside services were held on Monday, March 21, 2016 at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor handled the arrangements.
