GATES – Bertha Riddick Boone, 85, of Gates died Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Down East Health & Rehab Center, Gatesville. Funeral services were held on Monday, March 14, 2016 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Gates. Burial was in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, handled the arrangements.
