AHOSKIE – Ruth Janiceteen Harrell of Ahoskie died Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Piney Wood Chapel Baptist.
