COURTLAND, VA – Minister Wilmer Lawrence Whitfield, 67, of Main Street, Courtland, VA died Monday, March 6, 2016 at Southampton Memorial Hospital, Franklin, VA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Boykins, VA. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
