WINDSOR – Norris Patrick Pugh Sr., 62, of Governor’s Road, Windsor, died Thursday, February 25, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2016 in the Rich Square Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Weeping Mary Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewiston.
