WINDSOR – James Rogers Thomas, 84, of Wayland Street, Windsor, died Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. A graveside funeral service, with military honors, will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday February 27, 2016 at Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
