WINDSOR – Stanley Thomas Hoggard, Sr., 90, of Bull Hill Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Ross Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
