COLERAIN – Mamie Brown Mizelle, 84, of Elm Grove Road, Colerain, died Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Three Rivers Nursing and Rehab Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Elm Grove Baptist Church. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
