WILLIAMSTON – James Edward Leathers Jr., 80, of Martin Street, Williamston, died Sunday, February 7, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, Oak City. Burial will follow in the Hester C. Leathers Memorial Garden, Oak City. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
