WINTON – Charles Matthew Nemier, 76, of Winton, died Saturday, January 30, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Massey Funeral Home, Aulander, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Stoney Creek Cemetery.
