WINDSOR – Roy Rogers Gilliam, 73, of Windsor died Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Sentara Hospital, Norfolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 1, 2016 at Sandy Point Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
