PORTSMOUTH, VA – Fred Douglas Crocker, 72, of Portsmouth, VA, formerly of Pendleton, NC, died Friday, January 22, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at First Baptist Severn. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
