Northampton County Sheriff’s Office arrests three

JACKSON – The Northampton County Sheriff’s Office made three arrests last Tuesday.

On Jan. 12, the Sheriff’s Office arrested Terry Price, 62, of Gaston and charged him with assault with a deadly weapon.

Price was put in the County Detention Center under a $500 secured bond.

Captain M. DeLoatch Sr., senior investigator with the Northampton Sheriff’s Office, said the victim in the case suffered only minor injuries.

DeLoatch said the two men had an altercation and the victim said that Price struck him with an unknown weapon.

Price has a Jan. 19 court date.

Also on January 12, the Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael Eason 42 of Woodland in Conway.

Conway Police Chief Billy Duke said the Eason had in his possession a laptop computer stolen from a home on Poplar Street.

Eason was charged with misdemeanor possession of stolen goods and he was given a $500 secured bond. He has a Jan. 19 court date.

Also arrested was Tameica Eason, she was also charged with misdemeanor possession of stolen goods and given a $500 secured bond with a Jan. 19 court date.
