WINDSOR – Celestine Barnes, 78, of Spruill Park Lane Windsor, died Friday, January 15, 2016 at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Wilder’s Chapel, Windsor who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
