WINDSOR – Karen Simms-Swain, 60, of South King Street, Windsor, died Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Union Bethel AME Church, Brandywine, MD. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
