NEWTON GROVE, NC – Adolphus Pilston Godwin, III, of Newton Grove, NC, a native of Gates County, died Thursday, December 24, 2015 at his residence. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the family plot in Gatesville Cemetery, Gatesville. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
