GATES – John Wesley Smith, 70, of Gates, died Monday, December 28, 2015 at Down East Nursing and Rehab Center, Gatesville. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at the Gates Chapel of Hunter’s Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in the Collins Family Cemetery.
