WINDSOR – Levester Bond Pugh, 81, of US Hwy 13-17 South, Windsor, died Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2015 at Cedar Landing Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
