KINSTON – Betty Jean Schuldt, age 74 of Kinston, NC and formerly of Aulander, NC, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015.

Betty was born August 18, 1941 in Portsmouth, VA, the daughter of the late George D. Schuldt and Mary Daniels Schuldt. She was also predeceased by a brother, Rick Schuldt.

She is survived by a sister, Sandra Williams of LaGrange, NC; and two brothers, Gerald Schuldt of Stanford, VA and Robert Schuldt of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by many special nieces and nephews, including Melissa Hanson and her husband Allen.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Massey Funeral Home in Aulander, NC. Burial will follow at Aulander Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Massey Funeral Home on Sunday beginning at 1:00 p.m. until service time.
