WINDSOR – Kenneth Leamont Ruffin, 36, of Broad Street, Windsor, died Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at New Bethlehem Apostolic Faith Churches of God and Christ, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Funeral Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
