POWELLSVILLE – Virginia Downing Freeman, 70, of Powellsville died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Wake Med, Cary. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Piney Wood Chapel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the family cemetery. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
