WINDSOR – Charles Angel, 87, of Cedar Landing Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Martin General Hospital, Williamston. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Cedar Landing Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
