WINDSOR – William C. Dunning, 83, of US Hwy 13 North, Windsor, a native of Northampton County and a minister with the North Carolina Pentecostal Holiness conference for over 50 years, died Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Williamston First Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
